How employers use OPtrust

OPtrust introduces employers to operators vouched for by the people they served with. You accept these terms when you request an employer account.

  1. Approval. OPtrust approves every employer account by hand. We can decline or suspend an account that isn’t a fit.
  2. Anonymity. Operators appear as anonymous profiles. You get an operator’s name and contact details only when they accept your connection request. Don’t try to identify operators any other way.
  3. Data. What you see here is for evaluating a specific hire. Don’t scrape it, keep it after the engagement, or pass it outside your organization.
  4. Postings. Postings must be real work you can hire for, with a point of contact who answers. We take down postings that aren’t.
  5. Reporting hires. When an introduction made here turns into a hire or contract, record it on OPtrust. It keeps the operator’s record accurate.
  6. Commercial terms. Anything commercial is agreed with you directly, in writing. Nothing is owed unless you’ve agreed to it.
  7. Conduct. Treat operators the way you’d want to be treated. Harassment, bait-and-switch postings, or misrepresenting your company ends the account.
